Abby Rakshit

CEO & Founder

Abby Rakshit - our Founder - loves telling and learning stories. Her love for storytelling is evident in every aspect of her life, which led to the idea of Racing Forces - a platform to give a voice to unique stories and bring visibility to diverse thought leaders. She led the first-ever Formula 1 panel at SXSW in 2023 with industry leaders on the larger technological and cultural impact of the next era of F1 into our daily lives. She authors pieces analyzing the sport in global and US publications.

Abby Rakshit is a strategic operations expert and leader in the auto, tech, and media sectors across Corporate Strategy, Finance, and Operations. Currently working as a strategy consultant serving the Fortune 100 focused on the Future of Mobility and Technology, Abby also has extensive experience in the Media and Travel sectors. Abby previously served in Corporate Strategy for a major US OEM managing their $500m alternate investment portfolio and led Global Fleet Strategy & Operations for Lyft. She has professionally advised international sports federations on fan engagement strategies, including driving focus on a female/non-white/Gen-Z fan base and effectively using content and e-sports to create the next frontier of growth.

Allie Wheeland

Producer, Podcast Host & Head of Brand

Allie Wheeland is podcast host, producer, and branding professional with an insatiable passion for all things motorsport. A skilled and down-to-earth interviewer, she is interested in interrogating the fan experience of racing and shining a light on the unique voices within the fan community. She has attended races all over the world and has already recorded many interviews under her belt, ranging from casual motorsport fans to professionals within the F1 media space. She also currently hosts the Radio Check podcast, an upbeat short-form interview show designed to capture the pulse of the diverse workforce and fanbase of motorsport.

 

Allie is a marketing and branding expert with 8+ years of experience helping companies better express their vision and values through brand strategy and design. As part of the Racing Forces team, she has worked to develop and hone the overall branding for the platform alongside individual brands for each podcast. She also works on a freelance basis to help other creators in the world of motorsport content reach their full branding potential. Her contributions range from ground-up brand development to co-leading brand activations at legendary tracks like the Circuit of the Americas.

Molly Oxner

Molly Oxner is the founder and creator behind A Bunch of Red Flags the largest and only female-led motorsports technical Tiktok account that aims at breaking down complex racing technical concepts for masses in a fun and engaging way. She challenges the status quo by kicking down barriers in the male-dominated tech space creating a safe and welcoming environment to learn about motorsports from. She believes you shouldn't need an engineering degree to understand racing. She is often mentioned in the same breath as Formula 1 technical experts Craig Scarborough, Albert Fabrega, and Sir Sam Collins. 

Molly is an expert in powertrains and in powertrain product development for combustion, performance, and electric vehicles with 10+ years of experience with an OEM. She has covered major motorsports series such as MotoGP, IndyCar, and NASCAR by invitation, including as an inaugural creator partner with Dorna as crenditaled media. She currently co-hosts Engines, EVs and Espresso - a female-led auto/motorsports informational podcast hosted by Racing Forces Media and Braking Bias – an all-motorsports, all-tech educational podcast challenging the bias of the tech world as a female thought leader in the space.
